OFFICIAL LETTER 4163/LĐTBXH-LĐTL DATED 05 NOVEMBER 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOUR - WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS GUIDING ON OVERTIME SALARY FOR NIGHTSHIT, TET, HOLIDAY
According to official letter 4163/LĐTBXH-LĐTL, overtime salary for nightshift, Tet, holiday is determined as follows:
Assume that salary unit or salary of a normal day of an employee A:
- For employees having monthly salary, the overtime salary for nightshift, Tet, holiday at least:
300%A + 30% A + 20% x (300%A) = 390%A
- For employees having daily salary, beside salary of 390%A, they will be paid salary of Tet, holiday, leave as regulations.
